There are some unique foods that are more important to us than others. Both in terms of nutrition they give us, but also how they can work, for example, by binding to and remove heavy metals, heal the gastrointestinal tract, provide cleansing and healing effects, and act as a strong support for some of the body’s organs, etc.
Such a particular food usually has various effects combined. Therefore, you can definitely call them a superfood or a miracle food.
I will describe an exceptional food from every large and important food group or category. These are foods that are particularly distinguished precisely for their influence on the body on many different levels. And the great thing is that they are not exclusive products from tropical rainforests or similar from far away. Instead they are regular foods that you can find in your own grocery store!
