Malvagården’s Cafe (Sweden), located in a charming old enclosed timber framed farmhouse dating back to the 15th century, has a new owner. It is Hanna Kuoppala, an energetic woman full of ideas, who has taken over.
She is the first
to serve raw food in this area and offers a soup which she calls Raw Food Soup With A Bite!
… and for dessert – creamy raw Chocolate mousse!
Although it is only a stone’s throw from Höganäs, yes OK, two or three maybe ;-), it is still so peaceful and quiet out here “in the country”. You can really feel the stress just running off your shoulders in this tranquil cafe.
Candlelight and pleasant music mix with the tranquility of the old walls.
In addition to raw food you can order sandwiches, cooked soup, pies and cookies. And then there are both gluten-free and vegan options.
And what happened to the popular waffles?
Hanna says she is planning to renovate the garden. And then they will return. That is, waffles will be both baked and served out in the garden in the summer.
There is also a small shop next to the cafe where Hanna sells home accessories. And the plan is to offer home furnishings and clothing designed by herself in the near future.
Visit charming Malvagården and relax with a cup of coffee or tea and Cinnamon-flavored little raw food “balls“.
And remember to say hi to Hanna from me!
