Pineapple Spirulina Smoothie
2 servings (2½ cups)
Ingredients
½ pineapple (approximately 2 cups blended)
1 tablespoon raw Tahini
1 teaspoon spirulina
2 large handfuls of spinach leaves (or other greens)
Preparation
Blend all ingredients until smooth and creamy.
Tip: Left-over smoothie mixed with water makes for a great work-out drink. It is fruity, tangy, and green, and even got some protein in there too!
