Happy New Year!
Today is the first day of the new year – 2016. This is an excellent time to start with new intentions and new visions how we want our lives to play out. To make changes, clean out old “stuff” which is not needed any more.
Not only clean out drawers and closets, but old memories, old hurtful feelings etc. Just decide that we are finally done with them. They are part of who we are, but are not needed to be carried around on our backs anymore.
So throw them out – you can even create a little ceremony so you visually see, hear or even smell them being discarded.
Then focus on the good you want in your life. What you want to achieve and experience, and also what you can contribute with. Make sure to include not only loving friends and family, but all your fellow men and women you meet on your road here.
My intention for this year
is to create yummy recipes and make video clips, and to really study and learn about the human microbiome (microorganisms and their combined genetic material) and all its amazing influences (good and bad) on our body. And share this knowledge with you.

Raw foods, whole foods and gut foods!
– This could be my motto for 2016!
Raw foods – they are such an important tool for supporting our health and preventing various ailments and diseases.
Whole foods – because these are the “true” foods, without any ingredient labels and preferably (of course) plant based.
Gut foods – foods which support our microbiome, since therein lies approx. 70% of our immune system, but also an amazing intelligence which governs and affects us (both good and bad) in so many ways. There is a lot of research going on with astounding results and I look forward to share a lot with you!
