There are no exact measurements, just play around with the ingredients. I used yellow honeydew melon together with physalis and melissa.

Ingredients
Melon, use any kind
Red onion, finely chopped
Apple cider vinegar
Fresh herbs, like melissa or cilantro
Optional: physalis, quartered
Preparation
1. Finely dice melon and place in a bowl.
2. Add onion and gently stir to mix.
3. Add vinegar; just enough to “hide” the sweetness, but not too sour. Add more melon if it got too acid.
4. Add chopped herbs and/or physalis and gently stir to mix. Let stand for a few minutes to let the melon to give off some juice and for the flavors to blend.
