Do you like grapefruit? With it’s juicy and somewhat bitter taste?
Yes, it is a wonderful fruit for sure.
But if you haven’t taken this fruit to your heart yet, then here’s a recipe for a more creamy and milder citrus bowl, which may suit you better.
Creamy Grapefruit Bowl
1 large grapefruit, peeled
2 large handfuls of grapes, organic if possible
½-1 tablespoon of raw coconut manna (or coconut oil)
½-3/4 cup cashew nuts
Place grapefruit in a mixer cup.
Add half (1 handful) of the grapes. Cut the remainding grapes in halves and save for garnish.
Add coconut manna and cashew nuts and mix everything until really creamy and smooth.
Pour into serving bowl and top with the grapes.
If your mixer is not so strong, start by mixing the cashew nuts as finely as possible. Then add grapefruit, grapes and coconut manna and mix everything until really smooth.
