When making raw food dishes, be PROUD that you have chosen the greatest food from all the many choices you have. Then be GRATEFUL for the wonderful fresh produce you have in front of you. And finally, be HAPPY that you are taking such good care of yourself.
Learning to eat healthy is a process
Always feel good about the raw food you are going to eat. Don’t allow feelings of guilt to arise, or become stressed about food choices that are not healthy or “raw” enough. Learning to eat healthy and consciously is a process.
Just feel proud when you make a healthy choice or dish, be it a veggie juice, a fruit smoothie or salad. And completely enjoy your creation! Your road to better, healthier eating will be easier and more rewarding if you remember to congratulate yourself – each and every time – for the great choices and effort you are making… for you, because you matter!
