Avocado On The Go

Can this meal be any quicker to assemble?
Yet it is satisfying and tasty. The tiny dulse flakes add a somewhat salty flavor and they will become soft once sprinkled on the avocado.

Ingredients

1 avocado
1 lime
Dulse flakes (or Celtic Sea Salt)
Carrot and celery sticks (optional)

Directions

1. Cut the avocado in half, lengthwise and remove pit.
2. Cut the lime in half and squirt juice over the avocado halves.
3. Sprinkle dulse flakes over and scoop out the meat with carrot or celery sticks (or a spoon).

    Great share, I just passed this onto a uneivrsity student who was doing a little analysis on that. And he in fact bought me breakfast because I discovered it for him. .. So let me reword that: Thnx for the treat! But yeah Thankx for spending the time to talk about this, I feel strongly about it and enjoy learning more on this topic.
