Superfoods, Plants & Herbs

Superfoods

Superfoods are whole foods with an exceptional amount of nutrition. They usually have a dozen or so unique properties, not just one or two. They are both food and medicine and have elements of both. Examples of raw food superfoods are: aloe vera, bee products, coconuts, Gojiberries, maca root, spirulina etc.

Wild crafted plants

Plants grown in nature have a much higher life-force field around them than plants cultivated in a garden or field. Choose from wild foods like: burdock root, dandelion, heirloom tomatoes, nettles, sorrel, etc. Most superfoods and superherbs are wild crafted.

Super Herbs

Superherbs including medicinal mushrooms have extraordinary tonic and adaptogenic properties. An adaptogen is a natural herb that increases the body’s resistance to stress, trauma and fatigue. It is non-toxic and is proposed to have a normalizing effect either toning down or strengthening a system.
Examples include: Cat’s claw, ginseng, noni, reishi mushrooms, schizandra berries, Pau d’Arco tea etc.
