Come and attend a class and learn how to start adding fresh wholesome foods in your diet the easy and comfortable way.

There are many wonderful new exciting raw food dishes that we will prepare and you get to taste. In each class I have printouts of all the great recipes we made for you to take home.

My classes are not only about watching me blend a smoothie or process something. There is so much more information you will get while I prepare the various dishes. Valuable tips, nutritional information, pitfalls to avoid and so on. We will also discuss raw food topics and share info on health and how we socially balance eating healthy foods, while we munch on the goodies. You will get to ask questions too, we are usually a small group.

The produce I use in the classes is all organically grown and fair traded, at least as much as I can come across.

Two levels of classes

I offer two levels of classes. The first is called Beginner, which is a beginner course consisting of three classes and the second level is called Enthusiast and these are single, ongoing (usually monthly) classes.

 

What is the Beginner Course all about?

If you are new to raw foods or just curious what this is all about, please join the Beginner Course. Here you will learn about the basics/fundamentals regarding living foods and about the advantages with whole, fresh foods. You will learn how to make breakfasts, drinks, nut milks, soups, crispy crackers with spreads, fruit pie with “whipped” cream, and scrumptious main courses, (the list is long!) and see me demonstrate them and get to sample them all, yes, desserts too! Hopefully you will be inspired to add more fresh unprocessed foods to your diet and to get your old blender/juicer out from the back of your cupboard! And start using it too!

The dishes I have chosen are the easiest to add to your diet and do not take a lot of time to prepare and will (hopefully!) be loved by your friends and family too. But do not be fooled there is a lot of nutritional value in these “simple” dishes. In my classes you will learn how and what to prepare, and which ingredients to use to get it all of this right. You will also receive all the information needed to achieve a balanced diet. In addition to all the exciting new raw foods you will learn how to make, you will get many tips on health, preparation, storage, websites, equipment etc.

There will be completely different recipes in every one of the three beginner classes and I really recommend taking the entire Beginner Course to make sure you have a good quality foundation starting out on your journey towards vibrant health; maybe losing a few unwanted pounds on the way and feeling the positive energy and lightness entering your life. Wow! Now isn’t that something?

What is the Enthusiast class?

The ongoing Enthusiast classes are for those who want to learn more about raw foods; continue to be motivated to maintain, or carry on with their road to a healthy vibrant life; who are interested in trying fresh recipes and preparation techniques and to have new taste and texture experiences.

The classes are open to anyone, but I recommend first having taken the Beginner Course that I give. It is preferable that you have at least a little knowledge what raw foods are all about. So you can achieve a balance in what food groups to apply, know about food combining, what foods to make use of should you want to up your protein intake or have a little detox session, and so on.

Fun while learning and tasting

Each class is unique with variations and new topics to discuss. There will be different recipes we try, whether a theme, seasonal produce or a special ingredient, but you will always have fun while you enjoy learning and tasting! That is my goal at least!
