On St Patrick’s Day I had a raw food demonstration for all the customers to the vendors of Michael and Naffiza at the market in Hagen park, Wilton Manors.
They arranged this demo to celebrate the first year anniversary as a thank you to their regulars. But also to show some raw food dishes that could be made from many of their wonderful organically grown produce.
So what foods did I make?
Green Lime Juice, Green Couscous and Green Smoothie! Yes green on March 17th of course!
To all those of you who stopped by, sampled the foods and chatted with me, I say thank you! Great meeting you all! Some old friends and some new ones!
