Cranberry Morning

Tart cranberries and sweet oranges make for a great combination. I even managed to get some greens in there too!

Ingredients
1 cup fresh Cranberries
2 large Oranges, peeled
1 handful fresh Cilantro

Preparation
1. Put everything through a juicer and enjoy!

CRANBERRIES
(Vaccinium oxycoccos) Cranberries, both tart and bitter, are loaded with antioxidants and should be eaten more often.

They contain proanthocyanidins (PACs) that can prevent the adhesion of certain bacteria, including E. coli, associated with urinary tract infections to the urinary tract wall. The anti-adhesion properties of cranberry may also inhibit the bacteria associated with gum diseaseand stomach ulcers.

Cranberries contain significant amounts of antioxidants and other phytonutrients(naturally derived plant compounds), that may help protect against heart disease, cancer and other diseases.
